… when I check on this blog diary and realize how long it’s been since I had anything (seizure activity) to report.
Stacy’s menstruation period appears to have gotten back on schedule. She is still taking 400mg Dilantin daily and using the Breathe Right strips. She’s been very diligent about getting to sleep by 9pm (sometimes it 10pm – but no later). She continues to get EEG neurofeedback training twice a week too.
[Fingers crossed, knock on wood, etc.]It appears to be working because she hasn’t had any seizure activity since her last trip to the ER back in January.[Fingers crossed, knock on wood, etc.]

I checked this a week ago and was thinking the same thing.
Moving in the right direction, so I will continue thinking good thoughts.
Yay Stacy!

BERNARD, I’m so sorry for you and for Stacy give her my best of wishes and if you could tell her this joke my husband came up with to help me make light of things with the falling seizing and somehow always bruising, breaking or hurting something. He says is today the day I need to put u in the padded room, (one of the rooms I think u created). I really laugh every-time he says it I hope Stacy gets much better, I would love to try the neurofeedback, but my neurologist now and yes I got a new one through my law firm says right now its not a choice.
Bernard I have a question don’t you hate having to go back and forth to the ER I know I do but I know its necessary. I made a comment to my neurologist that I just wanted to get back to normal he laughed and said when you figure out what normal is well you might want to tell me and the whole world what the definition is. I laughed so hard I cried. “NORMAL” what a unique word to put in our vocabulary. Stacy and you are on our prayer list at church I will make sure I will say a special prayer for Stacy Sunday and everyday. God Bless and good luck.
Sincerely,
Kimberly
