FranB - Stacy follows a "pseudo" LGIT diet. She does not restrict total daily carbs - just simple carbs.

Would you mind sharing your dd's experience with diets and neurofeedback in the The History Book sub-forum? I'm always excited to hear about someone else who is trying EEG neurofeedback. :)

I finally joined your site. Have followed Stacy's story for months on a couple of different sites. My dd (age 13) has complex partials due to dysplasia. We started neurofeedback in late Sept., similar to Stacy. We continue with two sessions weekly, also. She is now on depakote, and coming off the ketogenic diet. Now we are mostly low carb. Some similar events to Stacy happening here, but holding out hope for both of them. What diet is Stacy on? Back before keto, Atkins did her as much good as keto....maybe more. We are watching glucose. I always monitored it on the diet anyway, and we are seeing some good things in conjunction with the neurofeedback and thermal training. Keep posting. Sharing info is so important!!!--fran
