Dear Folks,

I am trying to disclose a criminal concealment of unauthorized psychosurgical experimentation upon children who suffer epilepsy.

This is happening in many hospitals in Canada, yet no resources for addressing this fraud and psychosurgical assault upon unwitting epileptic subjects.

I was psychosurgically assaulted Dec. 9,1969 and as a result of adverse effects, further assaulted Jan. 27,1972, at 14 and 16 years of age.

What was suppose to be a "cure" for my epilepsy, turns out to be unauthorized non-therapeutic psychosurgical left and right temporal lobectomy, along with the trepass of 43 implants scattered in the cerebral cortex.

Adverse effects have been status epilepticus, increase and variation in seizures, and on-going episodes of cerebral hemorrahaging in the operative field.

Dr. Harold Joseph Hoffman was the neurosurgeon, Dr. John C. Steeles was the neurologist, at the Toronto Hospital for Sick Children.

Cat scans outline 4 implants connected to the right optic nerve. Very very strange, considering removal of healthy good brain tissue, and trepass of implants is NOT neurosurgical standard or procedure for 1969, or today.

Most interested as to how many other parents were subjected to misrepresentation, and children with epilepsy exploited for unauthorized psychosurgical experimentation.

Patients of Dr. Harold Hoffman, 1964-1998, with negative results, are welcome to get back to me.

I am pressing the government for a commission of inquiry, and would like to hear from patients of Dr. Harold Hoffman. 1969-1998

Thing is, when healthy good brain tissue is resected out of a human subject, this causes further scar tissue, which results in greater convulsive disorder, hemmorrahaging, and status epilepticus, which claims 2400-4600 lives every year in Canada.

Dianne Flemming, did you survive Hoffman's unauthorized right temporal lobectomy? How's it going?

Dear Bernard,
Such as the Duplesiss Orphange in Quebec, those who are subjected to unauthorized lobotomy, are subject to process of denial,
and major damage control. Which means, a lot of bullshit. Since I am a victim of criminal assault by the Toronto Hospital for Sick Children, I am further disabled, since we do not have lawyers who represent victims of crime in Canada. Such lawyers are only in the United States.
Right now, I'm preparing. When I was at Toronto HSC 1969 & 1972,
I did witness a whole ward of children on 5G, and 6G, which was the neurosurgical unit. Diane Flemming was one of Dr. Hoffman's patients,
who was subjected to a right temporal lobectomy Dec. 1969. She was same age as myself then, 14. We both heard of this new word "psychosurgery" but could not find it's meaning in the english dictionary. All we were told, was that this operation would cure our epilepsy, when in fact, made it worst.
There was NO informed consent for left and / or right temporal lobectomy, or surgery to alter behavior.
No patient of Hoffman can protect themselves due to misrepresentation
and concealment by Hoffman, the College, Health Professions Board, Toronto Police, OPP, RCMP, and our law society.
Which is why I am trying to educate the masses of this psychosurgical rape by our medical profession, and wake up those who are unwitting subjects.
Back in April I was on Republican Broadcasting Network in Texas, with
Greg Syzmanski of the Investigative Journal, and discussed this psychosurgical concealment here in Canada. Most disturbing to hear Greg make mention, that USA children were being sent to Canada for unauthorized procedures, since Canada has less restrictions for experimenting upon children.

I take offence when children are being criminally assaulted, more offence when I have a patient advocate telling me it's a "on-going problem" and I am encouraged to expose it.

Diane and I, were both nervous before these surgical intrusions, and felt
we were not being fully informed. I did promise, if I found something out,
I would get back to her, and anybody else exploited by Hoffman.
I'm posting as many epilepsy forums or bullentins, as to disclose this
major criminal cover-up. I hope not all of Hoffman's patients died from his unauthorized psychosurgical lobectomies.
