Try doing something to get you're mind off of things.

I listen to music, do crossword puzzles read and other sorts of things to try to get my mind off of what's going on around me.

I get at my worst when I'm out around other people, at the grocery stores and places like that. Sometimes if you just stop and think to yourself - why am I going crazy over this it will help.

Angry Going Off Clonazapam completely Monday

Monday I see Neurologist,
And for the first time ever I'll be going off a anti-epileptic drug and not worrying about him putting me on another later.

I'm still on three other anti-epileptic drugs Tefretol,Topamax,Diamox.

I hope to get him to start taking me off another one sine they basically don't do anything for me.

I'm also going to ask my neurologist for a EEG to see what seizure activity like if I have any?

The 20th will make 4 mths for me being seizure free.

rhonda23 thank you.

My seizures are just like my neurologist wants, or s he said 4 months ago. When I talked to him about talking me off Clonazepam. We don't think I've ever done this well before actually.
I was living alone when I think I might have have gone 8-9 mths seizure free in early 90's.
