Hi my name is becki i have had the pleasure of having epilepsy since the age of 19 have no warning triggers that the doctors have ever been able to diagnose, how ever i have never let it hold me back i am on keppra now 2000mg daily dose,

Hi there! You sound sort of like me. I've had epilepsy for 7 years now. The drs have no idea what caused it.

Like you too I don't let things get me down about it. I always try to look on the brighter side of everything, even the stupid little things.

This site is great. I've been on others and this one is the only one where you get actual advice and if you need to someone to just chat with.

My daughter is Rebecca and began having seizures at the age of 14. She just turned 18 and her seizures have been greatly reduced since making nutritional changes.
