I'm back. Help me guys!

My doctor told me to stop using the computer for a few months, because I wold get headaches. I used to be a regular user on the site. Now I can't remember what my user name and password were.
How long will it take me to get back to my previous status? Like to be able to post images, youtube videos, etc.
And not to sound dumb, but can I upload a personal avatar now? or do i have to wait?

I'm glad i wasn't at the time of the hackers. When will you restore image posting?

Not sure why you need to post images. Why not settle in and get to know everyone?
You say you were here before. Since you were a "regular" user, could you give us a hint as to who you are?
