living my nineth life carefully

Hi! I'm danjen and I've lived with at lease three types of this condition
All my life. So I'm use to the horrors of waking in bed not being able to
breath.Or the embarrassment of my myoclonic ones,or my petit mal
that make me look so rude to those who don't or won't understand.
About my title..nine lives,I have been through at least eight emergencies
where doctors were amazed I survived at all.So I remind myself its my
NINETH life and I don't take many chances now. Especially since my neurologist
always reminds me and says you can't have surgery so your next one just
might be your last. What a cheerful thing to hear right? Anyway I am glad to
have found some friends who understand and might even share some
new helpful hints or news. That makes my nineth life my very best for me.
Thanks for your friendship in advance... be praying for you all
Danjen

Hi nice to meet you--doctours can be pretty forthright eh? But that is a good tactic to take and I hope to make this my best also

I cannot have surgery either so I have a VNS implant, vagus nerve stimulator. It helps to control the seizures that I have and they aren't as bad as they were. I still have to take medicine however. This could be something you might want to look into.
