Oh yeah, definitely, hehe. Mostly directed at you because from what I've been reading, you seem to have a really good grasp on the food/nutrition aspect because it seems you've researched a lot in that area. But yeh, I did make a note of everything that went on the other day and everything I ate so I can mention it to the doc next time I go in.
