my life

i have had epilepsy since i was 9 years old. the dr told me i should have tablets. i didn't think i was old enough to say wether i should have tablets or not. i started having siezures more in the summer and winter when the weather was more extrem. when i got older i had more siezures generally throughout the year . now im off tablets but i still have siezures in the summer and winter and not that often in the summer.
im looking for other people to talk to about their experiences and how it feels to be a 26 year old with epilepsy.

Hi Lauren, welcome to the forum.

Sounds like whichever drug you were taking was not working. Did you only try one?

Anyway, there are lots of folks here with the full spectrum of experiences with epilepsy.
