Neuro did not do seizure sleep studyMy graph on shows all the lines under HEART and Sa022 and nothing to do with the brain. He was a very young new tech and the electrodes kept falling off my head. Is there a special sleep study for seizures. My waking eeg was normal and doctor did not even suggest MRI. Thank you so much. I even asked him if it could be noctural panic attacks but he said he doesn't think so. I don't even know what I'm doing at night anymore because I am so tired. I go right back to sleep but it happens again and again. When I was little my mom said I would awaken her with a high pitched gasp. By the time she came to room I was asleep again. I always had these jumping up falling off bed episodes but I am 50 now and it has never been everynight all night long until about 6 months agoo. |

| Personally, another sleep study with intact electrodes sounds like a plan. As a simple suggestion, you cannot fall from the floor. Sleep on the floor to minimize injuring yourself. That is my philosophy duing an aura. Sleep deprivation is a factor in epilepsy. If you're not getting proper sleep, it could be aggravating the situation.
