Hi Andrew, welcome to CWE!

You need to see a neurologist who can reevaluate your medications, and either adjust your dosages or suggest a different med to try that might work better. Do you have access to health care? Have you had an X-ray or MRI done to make sure you weren't severely injured when you hit your head on the rock?

Best,
Nakamova

Andrew, where in Massachusetts are you? Depending on where you are located, there should be either city or state agencies to help you get stable housing and health care.

Welcome. Andrew.
So sorry to hear the rough situation you find yourself in.
I just want to point out something that I didn't know, when I started on this journey with my daughter. In our case, anti seizure meds increased my daughters seizures, if I had not kept a journal it would have been hard to prove.

Now after making nutritional changes she is currently in her 11th month seizure free. Perhaps there are ways to raise your seizure threshold

I know Wareham -- near Onset, right? Close to the Cape Cod Canal?

Try contacting these folks:
Wareham Area Committee for the Homeless, Inc.
http://wachinc.angelfire.com/
6 Rogers Avenue
Wareham, Massachusetts 02571
Telephone 508.291.0535

They should be able to help, and/or point you to other services or agencies that can help as well.
