just to let u know i went to the doctors, he said its more risky to come off meds then stay on them and he has patients that have been on epliem and have gone on to have healthy babies, its a 1 in 50 chance for women without epliepsy to have a baby with the same proplems that im worried about and 1 in 25 with women who are on meds so i can hope that i am one of them xx

That's good, I hope you are feeling better overall. Did you talk to the doctor about splitting up your dose into smaller doses throughout the day? That is recommended for pregnant women on Epilim.

no he just said to stay on it how i am taking it till see consultant next week as said im already almost 11 weeks i am less stressed now just need to get the images out of my head xx dont think it helps that feeling emotional anyway xx
