Angry Annoying Phone Calls!!!

Do you any of you guys can these annoying calls? I constantly get them everyday. They call all hours of the day and nights. They're always the wrong number. Sometimes I wonder if they have anything to do. Sometimes I want to tell them where they can stick that call.

How about the calls that come around dinner. They always offer you a free trip, great window washing, whatever. I usually ask if I can call them back at an inconvenient time for them to try and drive the do not call idea home!

I agree with you there. How about when they call when you're sleeping? Those make me extremely mad.

I dont' answer those, but I know what you mean when you are doing something else and you get a call, and then it is either unknown or a sales call.

You have to put your number back into the Do Not Call system. I have yet to do that again.

I like

Mr B's solution.....LOLOLOL!!! Good one! Although, Robin's is a good one, too.

Generally, if I don't know the number, I just don't answer it. Let it go to voice mail, and pick up the voice mail. If it IS someone I know, I call back later...

Those non-profit organizations can make as many calls to you as they wish. And phone calls in the middle of the night probably originate from another time zone.

If they say they are one of your creditors on a credit card, don't give personal information out. Instead, call the toll free number on the back of your card. I did too much online shopping one day and they locked up my credit card until I verified all my transactions.

sick answer

Pretend that you are interested then ask for their address and cc info.
Or pretend that you are talking to someone else. Carry on an entire conversation that is totally unrelated to what they are selling. Keep calling the caller Matilda (for a Guy) and Oglethorpe (for a Girl).
Then get an unlisted number.

Since when did people quit learning or using phone manners? Just because you have a cell phone on you all the time does not mean that people should call you all the time. I NEVER call people during meals or after 8 PM or before 9 AM.

The government's Do Not Call list is free.
