i know you asked who did crochet and i don't crochet right now.
anyway, i did years a million years ago when my gram taught me. its funny though, i had just moments before reading this post, had been talking to my daughter for the upteenth time about trying to give it a go and teach myself if it was possible. something creative, productive and safe to do with myself. maybe it's a sign. off to the craft store we go!

I wish sooo bad I could crochet! Ive taken a class and several clients have shown me how, but I still can't catch on. I'm a lefty and everyone who shows me isn't. Real confusing.

I LOVE crocheting! I do blankets, rag rugs (fun way to reuse old sheets), hats, scarves, baby sweaters, ponchos for my girls...
I've taken a little break from it since my left arm and hand has gotten a little weak but I'm right handed so I still try to dabble in it.
I find crochet was easier to pick up than knitting and is faster so is more satisfying to finish a project more quickly!

I like to do it when I'm watching tv and vedging. It's very zen.

I crochet too. When I was very young my grandma taught me but a few years ago I got a book and re-taught myself.

I usually make blankets, I'm working on one right now that's going to be a christmas gift. I try to make other things too. I made a stocking hat once that turned out pretty good, but if it's a diffuclt pattern I usually give up and find something easier.

My cat is a really good 'helper' though! I'll wake up in the morning and find yarn all over the floor, she's even bit the yarn in half while I've been working on something!

I have cats, so anything involving string is a no-go...
