Exclamation concussion

Silly me acdently wackec my head on coffe table this morning nd have been dizzy all day when sit up lil nasueaious nd am very sleepy and am trying hard to keep self awake jusf always followd 12 hr rule stay awake for 12hrs after hit head

I know the feeling. I have fell every where and hurt my head. Sometimes my head bleeds from the fall.
