Ever get into a mood of just wanting to listen to good music?

For some reason tonight I was just browsing on the internet and came across some good oldies songs from the 80's. Gosh I have alot of memories from then! Ive heard of some people saying they can remember things from when they were so little... but i recall alot of things! I was born in 81. I love the long songs from then.

I like getting to listen to all those good songs they played back then!

LOL! I have just been listening to songs from the 80's all night!! I was born in 79, so I grew up listening to them also. My favorite nights are watching 80's movies or just listing to the music. I know I was really young then, but we used to take road trips to my grandparents, and those songs were on the radio as we would drive there and back. I have a lot more memories than that, but those are the biggest, riding inthe van and listening to the songs on the radio...

The 80s!! What an amazing era to be a teenager in!!! I was born in '69.

But as far as music goes, Yes. Some songs can really bring back memories, and feelings of yesteryear, as if they were afresh. Not always good.

I wonder how I can get over that type of thing.

I remember making trips to and from my grandparents house. They lived about 50 miles from us and I remember always hearing those good songs on the radio. Music really has changed since then. I do like some of the songs they have these days, but I always love listening to the songs of the 80's! I think they had alot of great music!

There isn't much on tv at the moment so I'm checking out You Tube for the songs that you were popular around the time I was born (late 70s) lol.

I have never really been a fan of any particular bands but there were some good songs in the 1980s.
