Here's something of keen interest Some people are jumping the
gun ahead of the FDA ... by posting as:
FDA passed the Ban of Vitamins, Minerals,
and Herbs ....
The Bill is known as:
HR2900, which includes S1082. FDA could BAN Vitamins.
So what is S1082?
It's basically the Vitamins, Minerals, and
Herbs - which you can buy OTC (over the
counter) - from the instant powder formula
to capsules or gel-pills to even hair shampoo!
This is what S1082 is best summed up:
If you use an herbal or dietary supplement
to stay healthy or to help prevent an ailment,
that's fine. However... if any supplement is
used to treat a symptom, then it's a medicine
and will be regulated by the FDA, just like any
prescription drug.
So basically the Shops or Shoppes and the
Health Centers (Health Centre / Network /
Gyms, etc) are trying to SCARE people into
false deception into misleading them into
thinking the CONGRESS is going to wipe out
their Vitamins, Minerals, and Herbs.
See the Ploy and Scare Tactics?
The Sales Pitches are WORKING for THEM,
but they're not telling everyone the FULL
truth ...
GO look up the about FDA Codes and read
up on it and you'll be surprised! I could post
that up myself, but since you do this so much
I thought by telling you this and letting you
do the research, you'll find out ....
GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
Those (insert profanity) yadda, yadda, yadda
Health Stores ...
I will be waiting for you to unleash!
------------------------------------- ON THE FLIP SIDE OF THE COIN
The FDA does want to control the dosage
due to people abusing these stuff (whereas why
many have landed themselves into the ER,
as many believe well if one pill taken twice
a day, then why not 2 pills? 2 in the AM and
2 in the PM? (Can you say OD?) That would
still be hard and difficult to regulate.
Then the FDA still wants control of Herbal
Remedies (if you can remember in the past
of how such various remedies have caused
deaths, deformities of births, etc) that are
NOT FDA approved but were sold in Health
Food Stores or Health Centers only or via
Catalogs where they had to place a ban on
such.
It leads back to the Wild, Wild West of Snake
Oil Cures All Aliments Injun Medicine of the Old
Days, except while there's FDA out there ....
These such people are still trying to find ways
under the same "Cure All Aliments" attitude
without FDA approval or even their knowledge,
and deceiving the public with false ads, mis-
conceptions, etc ...
REMEMBER ...
IF IT'S TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE,
IT PROBABLY IS ....
Don't be suckered into it!
If such were true .. everyone would be using it
and Doctors & Surgeons would be recommending
it and Hospitals would be out of business and
everyone would be 100% healthy and sicknesses,
diseases, and all would be non-existent! |
