Fight with cancer is over

Last Wednesday, my father in law died peacefully at home. My husband was there when he took his final breath. It was so hard for him to watch his own dad not even know who he was at the end. At least we finally have peace knowing that he is no longer suffering.

my deepest condolences, Laura. He's at peace now, though, and finally out of pain... I'm sure it wasn't easy for your husband, though...
