I saw this movie last night. Those of you interested in the GARD diet, gut brain and other related issues should check it out. It should really add to your motivation to eliminate milk, corn and soy from your diets.

I saw the whole movie and it's amazing what they do to our food. Absolutely amazing!

It's out there on Amazon if anybody's interested in it. They also have a book version of the movie.

That one has made me definitely never go to fast food again of my own free will. It's all organic food for me from now on. Did you know that 'all natural' can be applied to nonfood items as well? I do go to our local farmers market. It takes cash, but it's well worth it.
