The Hurricane........

Has anybody been adversely affected by hurricane Dolly?
I live about 50 miles South of Houston and have had alot of rain from the outermost bands of Dolly. It is ok as we needed it. I see a few of you are from Corpus Christi and such, were you affected? Did you run from the hurricane? Etc., Etc.

I'm a bit north of you TT here in Friendswood, we just got a few hours of rain (which we needed). No problems at all.

The sum of about 2.5 days we received approximately 3" of rain. Also, we had several thunder and lightening storms come through with the power that I thought my rafters were pulling apart. Not really any strong winds though.

Angry Barely got a friggin' drop....

....but the relief from 100+ temp sure has been welcome!

A couple of areas of Austin got soaked but my house is bone dry.

Go figger.
