I LOVE this web site!!!!!

I wish I could remember who reckmonded it to me! This place is great!

I've been on other sites where you have to wait days to get an answer to your question, if you even get an answer at all. I usually have someone say something back within a few hours here.

You guys give answers, and recomend websites to go to if you're not sure or have found something somewhere else that will help. You can relate to things that go on with me and other people. I can relate to you guys too.

There's all kinds of places to go in here to talk about different things, even things that aren't related to epilepsy. Jokes, posts about what's going on with you the puzzles and everything else.

This place is great! I find myself spending hours on here. I'm new here, only about a week, so I'm still spending time finding things that are on here.

This place is better than Facebook. I used to spend a good bit of time there, but here, like I said people on here can relate to what's going on with me so it's more fun to talk on here.

I can't wait to find out what else is on here. As much time that I've been spending on here, it shouldn't take me too long!

Again I LOVE this site!!!

We try our best to make it a welcoming and helpful atmosphere. Bernard so generously provides us with the terrific structure. However, it is also the many great members that make CWE what it is.

I guess the fact that we are all fighting E together that makes it so good. Plus there is no underlying agenda like on some of the bigger sites.

It's really nice to see all that all the effort spent in building this site was worthwhile. The community here at CWE rocks.

I wish I could be more active these days but the mod team has picked up the slack while I've been busy with my day job.

love affair

I love this site too!! Thanks to the moderators, and all who contribute to this site. This is my first attachment to an online community, so it makes me a little sentimental to add to your post.

You are so right, this is the best place! Two years ago where I got diagnosed, I search the internet, trying to learn all I could. I found a few others sites that either, I didn't get a reply or in one case, where the replies were very rude/unfriendly. This board is full of such wonderful, supportive people...it is my home away from home and I feel we are a family here. Thanks Bernard!

Glad to hear that you all like CWE. I know that all of us mods try really hard to make it a wonderful dinner party environment. And, since someone mentioned facebook, Yes, I'm there....just look for Susan Killefer...

Red face

Hi All!

Like, valeriedl, I love this site to. Although I've only posted a few posts and only been a member for a short time I've notice that there is great support among the members here. Keep up the good work every one!!! You all should be very proud and happy about yourselves. Nobody actually recommended this site to me - but while using a different epilepsy forum site - in a discussion about the different epilepsy forum people used he told me about the different epilepsy forums he used and this was 1 of them.

Since I want to use a few different epilepsy forums - as by doing so can gain different viewpoints on certain topics relating to epilepsy so, I decided to try this site and very happy I have because of it being such a great site and the excellent source and high quality of the information here. Hoping on day I can return the support every one has given me and can help others too.

Susan

I use to go to other forums as well, but found that I was able to get the information and support I needed, in one place. I also like that drug companies are not advertising here. Bernard could most likely make a nice bit of change from that but he has made the choice not to. That leaves us free to say what we like, and opens the forum to many different therapies.

Very glad that you have joined us.

Bernard

Thanks for not bringing in the ads for big pharma. This "custom" site just makes it a whole lot more user friendly in terms of the warmth and down home feeling. I tried the other brands like epilepsy foundation, and found it to be big city like, instead of small town. So, thanks for your hard work Bernard!!

Regards,

gigi
