Don't know if this helps but.....


after I worked out I'd have a warm shower for 2 or 3 minutes then turn the water as cold as possible for 30 seconds.

Repeat that 2 more times & always end on cold. It helps move the blood & lymphatic fluid as well as waking me up from that haze from working my body so hard.

Even though it never triggered a seizure in me be careful because I'm sure it can in some people. One thing I did was breathe long & deep when in the cold to lessen the chance of that happening.

Aaah... now i know what electrolytes are! i figured it had something to do with salts.

Morgan - now that i've started, i think it will probably be better not to go with someone else. I can concentrate better on my own i think, and just get all my routine done :P
