My Skin

Since I have gone off my meds totally my skin has gotten itchy, and zits.

MY husband keeps telling me my body is cleaning out and I am not use to this
since I have been on meds for 41 yrs of my life.

Has anyone else gone thru this?

When I switched to a vegetarian diet several decades ago, I noticed that my skin would develop zits within 24 hours any time I "cheated" by eating something with hydrogenated oils (like fast food french fries or chocolate). YMMV.
