New job!I think I sounded off to you all a while back about issues I was having with a co-worker and how unfair my employer was. I tried taking it to the top and was ignored. So... I left! You'll never guess who I work for now... a NEUROLOGIST! My title is "office coordinator" so basically I do it all! She is treating me very well. The pay is great, she is adament that I don't overwork myself so she makes me go home early or come in late some days. She told me to take a week off in October. I was going to settle for a couple of days but she says, "NO, TAKE A WEEK." I said I will take a week in November when my inlaws come for Thanksgiving, she says "TAKE A WEEK THEN TOO!" She is very funny. She has had a lot of trouble finding good help. One person stole her credit card information. Another person just never showed up to work. Needless to say, she is glad to have me there! She tells every patient who walks through the door how wonderful I am. She says she wants to adopt me if my mom would be okay with that. I told her my mom might worry a lot less from 4 hours a way if she knew someone was looking out for me! Anyhow, I have been there about a month now, I guess. Things are going pretty well! I hope you all are well too! |

| Yaaay...justice rules, wonderdogs....and it sounds like you've got EXACTLY what you deserve - respect, fairness, and a TRUE boss. Nothing better than getting up for that dreaded four lettered word, work, and thinking "hey, you know what ?....I'm looking forward to going in" Good for you girl ![]() |
