By all means, copy away. It's not mine though, its from the bible. There is also more about being slow to anger. I will have to look it up again.

Quoting from mine...

Smile Through The Rainstorms

Lose the anger
Forget your pride
Lay all before you
Don’t fight the tide

Let go of the nonsense
Keep what is fine
Smile through the rainstorms
Label nothing ‘mine’

Stand when you fall
Plead when you must
Be kind and be gentle
Offer your trust

Say sorry I hurt you
Look not for a fight
Admit when you are wrong
Don’t boast if you are right

No shame in losing
If you tried in good will
It is pointless to run
If you need to be still

Love and give freely
When it causes you pain
Shake off the hurt
And give love again
x

I don't make New years resolutions anymore.
But what I would have made I had already changed in myself.

I lost 30 pounds and I became more patient and understanding.

None, I don't see any point in making them, when things won't change for the better.
