This is so ture! My printer says that the ink cartrges are full, but when I prink there is no color and the black is so gray that you can barely see it!

I am extremely happy with my latest printer. I got it when I recently had to buy a new computer. It is a HP Photosmart C4780. I think it runs around $99. Wireless, Print, Scan, Copy.
