Saturday ....

(or do what I do, set them ahead on Friday
so you'll be well adjusted ahead of time!)

Special Note: It is HELPFUL with
those who have Epilepsy to have a
head start in adjusting to the DST
as well as to the Standard Time in
the fall by starting off a few days
in advanced so that your body
becomes adjusted to the changes
especially those who are employed.

I understand fully some States do
not recognize the Daylight Savings
Time, but majority of the States DO!
