Has anyone been so tired that you can't sleep? There was one time that I went two days without sleep. Other then I still have trouble sleeping.

Hawke,

I have had that alot. I went for a few yrs. when I would go a few days without much sleep. It was so screwed up. I was so over tired and having the nocturnal seizures and also sleep apnea. Both of these problems were misdiagnosed as anxiety. So I wasn't getting any treatment for them. It was awful! Try to get on a schedule if you can.
Also, watch your caffeine. I know you said it didn't bother you, but maybe it is keeping you up. For me, my seizures get really bad when I am super tired or miss sleep. I hope you are able to have a peacful night's sleep. Try to just put all thoughts out of your head and relax! Talk soon!

Michelle
