I don't care what anyone else says... I like Tebow! It works for the Broncos. Granted the Vikings defense is a bit weak when the ball is thrown so Timmy may need to change it up a little, but again, what they got going has been working, so maybe not. I get that it is a little frustrating to watch the boys fall over after 3 yards 3 times just to kick ball over, but don't be haters people... they are winning! Don't mind my ramblings. I like my Tebow. I'm from Colorado. I gotta stick up for my boy. Plus, he's a little bit sexy... I'm just sayin'...

I won't be a hater, but when the Patriots play Denver in a few weeks, I'll be rooting against the Broncos and their quarterback...

I was talking to my patriot fan friend about this upcoming game and he shared his heart felt feelings and even though I disagree I will pass them on because I did indeed get a chuckle so here you go.... While he is Tebowing for the Broncos there will be no miracles to be given because the Brady is busy playing.

Bronco game yesterday was exciting. Well the 4th qtr and over time, first 3 were kind of a waste of time and disapointing (who tries to catch a ball with their hands at wierd impossible angles?). The team basically needs to be told its the fourth from the start and they will have no problem winning. 57 and 59 yrd field goals?...awesome! When Tebow earns his NFL big boy Quarterback pants he's gonna be a good one. For the time being, definately one to watch. Go Broncos!

I was paying attention since the Patriots are on deck... Chicago made some stupid mistakes -- they could have won the game in regulation time by being smarter about running out the clock. And of course there was the fumble in OT.

The field goals were very impressive. The thin air in Denver doesn't hurt, but still...

Tim Tebow is a first-year quarterback for the Denver Broncos (an American football team). Though he was very good in college, Tebow wasn't expected to play in his first year at the professional level, since it requires a slightly different skill set. But due to poor playing and injuries, Tebow was promoted from a back-up role and made his debut about halfway through the season -- and the team has won every game since. He hasn't played spectacularly well, (in fact he has often played quite poorly), but the team has won with his leadership, and that what counts. Drawing extra attention is the fact that Tebow is openly religious, and speaks about his faith and how that plays a role in his and the team's fortunes.

I'm not a hater but I think that Tebow is given way too much glory than he deserves. Even John Elway didn't get this much attention in his first season and right now he is one of the best QB's of all time. I'll give him a 'WAY TO GO' as an athlete but there are WAY more QB's in the NFL that are just as good.

Let's not put Tebow on a pedestal. Just because he's made the last few wins and prays openly, doesn't mean he's glorious. I live right here in the Denver area and this Tebow madness is crazy!!!!

I definetly don't put him on a pedestal. I just think that people want to put him down way too quick. He is a rookie and I will be the first to admit that. Hence the comment about him earning his NFL big boy pants. He has a LOT to learn about playing in the big leagues. He holds onto the ball WAY too long and is going to get to hurt if he doesn't fix that. BUT, he makes things exciting. I love watching him.

I didn't mean you personally, Aicila. I just meant that Tebow's name is all over the news, in The Denver Post, in gift shops, etc. Some day there will probably be an expensive restaurant named after him in Denver just like John Elway.

No worries! I didn't take offense or take anything that was said personally! Didn't think it was directed toward me for a second. *hugs*

Wow. So the Pat's brought it! Good job guys. They adjusted their play to Denver and it showed. If I was a NE fan I would be way proud. On the other hand, since I'm not... I will say even though I did enjoy the game because it was exciting at parts, it did hurt my fan ego (not afraid to admit that), but I didn't cry. Just kidding. I did cry a little. (Although, when Brady got sacked by Dumervill, my insides smiled)

Two more weeks and we shall see if the Broncos can keep their butts in the division champ seat. Unfortunately Oakland and San Diego are both still in the running for it.

In other news, oh my football! Talk about under-dogs unite.

Anyway, after a bad weekend for other reasons, and even though my team didn't do so hot (got schooled even), I enjoyed sitting down and "getting away" for a few hours. And I look forward to it again next week. Go Broncos!

(Side Note: I really don't get THAT into football. I don't cry when my team loses. They get paid waaaay too much money for me to get emotional over them like that. I do get enthusiastic sometimes and will yell at my TV, but only at my TV.)

of course I was psyched that New England won, butI think the Broncos did a good job. Without the turnovers it could have gone the other way. There's a slim chance that your Broncos and my Pats will meet again in the semis...
