When new bands start making cover songs of songs that first came out when you were young.
 
when you have a chair in the kitchen to sit down while you cook,
 
come home from work and sit down to rest, and you have a desk job
 
When you get up in the morning to take your medication and still want to go back to bed.
 
when they play your music on the classic rock station.... which makes it even better!
 
You try to use google for your memory but by the time you type in the search words you've forgotten what you are trying to remember!

Every song you hear has some special meaning to you. Some can be happy, while others are sad.
 
When most of the phone numbers you have in your address book are for doctors instead of family and friends!
 
When your important dates on your calendar are filled mostly with Doctors appointments, medical tests, surgery dates, etc.
 
When you find yourself humming along with the Musak at the supermarket.

When you start reckoning time in decades instead of years.

When someone asking you for your ID stops being an insult and starts being a compliment.

When you have seen the same fashion trend come and go twice.
 
Holidays seem like any other day.

You can't wait for the day to be over with, but you dread facing the next day.

There isn't four season in a year anymore. Now you only count them as two, and you renamed them Cold & Hot.
