"your user name has been changed"

I got a very bizarre email from <info@CWE> saying my user name had been changed due to something about publishing my email address. However I believe it was sent to me in error. The new user name appears to be someones first initial and their last name, but it is not mine. I also did not publish my email anywhere. Has anyone else seen anything like this?

Yes, and

you should have gotten one after that told you to ignore it. That email was sent in error. Don't worry about it. There was a post put up about it in the Foyer and the General Issues area.....

LOL - phew! Because I was just thinking what the (expletive) is a kgiamatteo and why am I being punished with this?

I do wonder though, how do you send something like that on accident?
