Alternative Biofeedback Techniques...I am hearing a lot of great stuff about neurofeedback, but the problem is it is VERY expensive whether you go to a specialist or get the equipment yourself (which I'm not even sure is legal). Until they begin to make neurofeedback commercially available, this will remain a playtoy for the wealthy. I can't afford to shell out a couple of thousand dollars for something I'm not even sure would work! (Along that line, there are now EEG game controller helmets either on the market or being developed that will probably be widely available - which can be used just like the medical devices hooked to a computer with the right software. The medical company versions are a lot more expensive since they are sold only to licensed practioners.) However, from some research I've done, it does appear GSR devices can be helpful to learn to relax in triggering situations. Or possibly body temp measuring can help. Maybe even mood rings. Example, I keep seeing a GSR2 device you hold on to with your hand for about $75. Or there are these paste-on squares you wear that work like mood rings to measure your stess level. I am curious about if anyone has tinkered around with these and found an improvement in their seizure threshold. |

| Try this search on google: "biofeedback" "price" "thermistor" You can find a thermistor for about $20.00, maybe less. Bernard, can you explain to me more about "Wild Divine"? Sounds like a dessert to me, I know nothing about it.
