I've been interested in neurofeedback but my neurologist said that because I have Dissociative Identity Disorder that he would never get accurate readings. Crying is a great outlet for stress but I'm not able to cry much, even when under great duress, because I compartmentalize the painful. I find that medications help but they just take the edge off. I've heard that aerobic excersizes is one of the best stress relievers. But the closest I can come to that is walking. No jumping up and down for me! Walking does help, though.
