You know i was just wondering if there were any similararities in the brain electrical wave patterns in the EEGS/MRI's or Brain maps of both types of patients? I wonder if there were any comparisons done? I think Dr. Amen may have done some. Don't quote me on that becasue I am not sure. An interesting question thats for sure.

I had an MRI to see if I had short term memory. There are 3 tests that are done. The first one is in the neurologist's office to see how much I can remember. The second one is a blood test. The third one is the MRI.

Like epilepsy, Alzheimer's is in the brain. Only a neurologist can diagnose it.

I will check to see if I can answer your question.
