I'm still doing my self-hypnosis/meditation tapes and haven't had a seizure in over a year. Is it because of the meds or the meditation? I wish I knew.

It's GREAT it has worked for you!

I've been a twice-daily meditator for 30 years, and it hasn't helped my seizures a bit. No effect. Wish it was that simple for me. I'd be so happy to be off the meds! Maybe the difference is in the cause of our seizures, whatever that is???
