Any foods out there that cause us epileptics to have seizures?

No issues with aspartame here. Some of the nightshade family--if I am in a period where I am more likely to have myoclonics, cayenne and paprika are big ones. High doses of sugar has set them off as well.
 
Different people have different sensitivities. Some people seem to be sensitive to specific triggers (like caffeine or aspartame or paprika). In other cases, it can be a general dietary imbalance (like dehydration or electrolyte issues) that can be triggering.
