Anyone understand theta and beta waves on EEG?

Hi amazing group...

Got a copy of EEG summary and it's hard to research and understand. The doc I saw didn't allow time for questions (getting new doc ) It seems this is the most important test for diagnosis, is that true? Could anxiety affect the results and wonder if there are many false positives?

There are plenty here that understand the results better than me, but the one thing I always warn is that the EEG is simply a tool used to help better diagnose you.
