Hi,

I had a seizure over a year ago that caused my left arm to be strained, and I remember it took couple months to heal. I never fully healed, and as a lot of you I had two seizures a month ago, and now I was cleaning and my arm strained hurting so bad I can't stand it.

I don't have the money to see hundreds of specialists such as specialist, surgeon, physcial therapists... What do I do? I am sick of this arm and it hurts like you wouldn't believe... I am sick ofi t, it healed and didn't really give me any problems though. What can I do?

I read that it could be second degree or third degree (requires surgery) but my arm I can feel the muscle get loose and tighten up.

Don't start with hundreds of specialists; start with just one, perhaps a physiotherapist. These therapists can usually give a good assessment as to what is wrong with muscles and/or joints, and start you on some stretches and exercises if warranted or not harmful.

I just made an appointment with my primary physician, and hopefully he can figure out what is wrong without needing a specialist? Anyway, it's like it kinda twisted or something because I could feel it moving a little bit. Strange, I was trying to pick up clothes and it started hurting like heck then it made strange moving sensation then it stopped hurting as much? It's just sore now, guess I'll just see what my doctor says.

I hurt my shoulder in a seizure and I never thought it would get better. Some stretches and massage helped a lot.

Any chance you dislocated your shoulder during the past seizures or strained the rotator cuff muscles? If there's something going on in the shoulder it's much better to diagnose it early, when there's a chance that Physical Therapy can help. I didn't get my shoulder looked at and ended up having two shoulder surgeries and lingering impingement issues.
