The best sleep I ever had!

Well guys, thought I'd share this. I'm not tired and grumpy this morning!
And its not cuz of coffee!
I have a melatonin deficiency and I am now on 6mg of it and....holy cow I slept like a baby!
Oh happy happy, joy joy!

Melatonin can be a great thing for people with insomnia. Many people also recommend it on the mental health forum I'm a part of. It's basically what your body produces naturally when you feel tired.

I suffered with terrible insomnia for years myself. Thankfully now that I'm on Zoloft I don't have that problem. It's wonderful to be able to lay my head down and fall asleep quickly. Before I would lay around for hours before being able to drift off to sleep.
