Blood on pillow lucky though


Woke up feeling definitely off colour found blood on pillow back sore. Lots of good things though though tongue not too bad, back doesn’t feel like been in a odd yoga position husband dealing better seizures and not crying anymore when happen. Also be looked after two mornings week for blind association. Took advise got so help. Thankyou for advise thank you thank you. Finding difficult too think type going back to bed asleepy.
