I do. I have them at night and they wake me up. I also used to and still sometimes do have them durring the day. Dropping keys.Head jerks at night, arm and leg jerks.Let your Dr. know. My son also has them. They are called myoclonic seizures. Teresa

I always thought that night time jerks didn't necessarily have anything to do with epilepsy.

Some do some don't. Myoclonic seizures and myoclonic jerks. One comes from the spine and one comes from the nerves. The brain. When you get tired, you get those jerks when you go to sleep. Those are called myoclonic jerks. Those are normal. But then if they go on in the night or if you are having them in the day that is a seizure.Did that help any?
