Red face Can I brag?

Today was a big deal for me ---- I went to Barnes Jewish Hospital/Washington U in St. Louis, MO (feeling MUCH more important than the other people expected there tonight) for my 6 month MRI and meeting with my neurosurgeon.

The MRI was 100% clear and the surgeon said I was in 100% great shape and he didn't want to see me again for 6 months.

This gives me the "go-ahead" to make some dramatic, even scary changes in my life. Wish me luck.

Thumbs up

Thank you so much ......
Maybe I should say that I'm still on the same anti-epileptic drugs - Topamax and Trileptal - and there has been no talk of reducing the amounts yet.

Even before the first surgery I was told that I would be on meds for the rest of my life. The amounts might be/would be reduced but never be eliminated.

Yes - those meds are no fun but still - my reactions to them are minor enough that I'd rather have them than seizures.
