chromosome 18 - missing

I had a microarray test and recently got the results after a long wait.
They show that part of my chromosome 18 is missing.
Is this enough to cause simple partial seizures?
And would this classify as epilepsy as the EEG test hasn't shown up anything?

Details: Is this EEG Really normal?

Topamax does help the seizures.
