confused -- new things going on.

My depression has different symptoms.

--I don't know if this is associate with depression or what, anyway I have trouble writing, and taking in what someone is saying to me. and staying on a task until I have completed it. My concerntration is terrible, I'll spend hours looking for something I've misplaced. I also repeat myself either in talking with someone and have done that in this forum.
I will try harded with my writing, or listening to someone. etc. but the harder I try, it seems to get worse.

If this all had happen when I was working, 8-5 job, I would have been fired.

I didn't put this together with depression, but when I took the fish oil for depression, all the above improved greatly.

It's confusing, my seizures have changed in the last several years, from starting with SEVER deja vu, then the staring into space, smacking lips, swallowing hard, etc.

How, once in while, I will have VERY MILD deja vu, that is it. NO seizure.

I never had problems with the hand writing, listening and following through with a task, when I was having seizures.

I am very thankful, however it is confusing to me.

I am going to talk this over with New Neur. on Thur. I just wanted to know if anyone else ever had any of this.

Ya i do have many of the problems u have mentioned! Writing become difficult sometime, and if i write at that time the hand writing is really bad. But after I tried meditation, I got a little control over the problems and the hand writing has also improved considerably. i often keep the things and forget where i kept them, and when the thing is REALLY important mu hubby stares me and thinks that I am very very ignorant. Depression is there, with fear and anxiety at times which gets out of control but meditation has helped there also. Our brain is a tool and WE have to use it properly, although the medicines and E create a mess but if we decide to do something about our problem WE DEFINITELY CAN! I suggest u trying meditation and yoga. Best of luck and take care!

This all sounds like simple partial seizure(s). Sometimes the deju vu is an actual simple partial seizure.

And with the concentration, people who have suffered with epilepsy for years, do have more of a difficult time with concentration, memory, aphasia, due to medication/seizures. Talk to your neurologist about it.

This website explains it:

I took a second look at the supplements I added on 9/29/11. along with the fish oil I added GABA CALM, ( I know better than to add two diff. med./supplements in one day)

I didn't take the GABA Calm last night, I only would take 1 a day - label suggest 1 to 3 tablets a day.

I didn't have to MILD deja vu last night eight.

so this was simple partial seiz. - due to the GABA CALM

Thanks Clinrt

Just wanted to share in case this it can help someone else.

My handwriting is definitely affected by my seizures. It's hard for me to hold the pen and 'instruct' my fingers to form letters, so my signature has become one big wavy blurb now because, no matter how slowly I write and concentrate, I always screw it up.

I also find myself repeating myself, wandering around a lot, unable to concentrate, never completing tasks. I was blaming this on my OCD, but who knows?...it may be these seizures.

It could be that I have OCD.

I can be fine in the AM and then all of a sudden I'm unable to write out a check.

I'm sure you and others know--you just know something is not the same. or should I say something is wrong.

I'm wanting so badly to know what is going on.

Is this the B-12 and folic acid defic. or old age, or is it related to the seiz. and medi. I know I'm becoming paranoid.

I'm doing much better with the weakness and Saturday I was able to work in my garden and do some baking--feeling great--
THEN I went to the store and all a once my energy starting leaving me, when I go up to the register, I was confused, could not write out my check, put it on charge card. I throught --NO THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING -- I FELT GOOD THE MORNING ETC.

Saturday the 8th, huh? Did you ever consider this as a possible trigger for an increase in your symptoms?...

http://spaceweather.com/archive.php?...h=10&year=2011

A solar wind stream flowing from the indicated coronal hole should reach Earth on Oct. 9th.

A lot of my seizures occurred right before or at the onset of a geomagnetic storm. In fact, check this out...this storm actually began late Saturday (the 8th)...
