Depakote making me really sleepy is that normal?

I used to sleep at 11pm or so. Now i'm sleepy much earlier . so sleepy i can barely keep my eyes open.
Is this just how it is?:brain:

Unfortunately yes most can have this effect on you, the new one added to mine makes me sleep at the drop of a hat.
 
The sleepiness was one reason I was phased off of Depakote. Also, my mother couldn't keep the fridge full with me eating everything in one day.
 
Well I must say I feel a slight increase in lack of focus...but I'm trying to figure out if my slight increase in Depakote has anything to do with it...it's kind of interesting though because the more "sluggish" I feel the more "manic" I become...it's like my mind doesn't agree with my body...right brain?
