I got a little pill box (hold 4 lots of meds) which is also a pill reminder. You can set it to go of at 4 different times & you can have the alarm on or off. When it goes of at the set time it beeps then vibrates until you turn it off.

I have mine set at 7am in the morning & 7pm at night. The only times I set it for the alarms to not go of is on the weekend so I can have a sleep in & if I have to go out that night & won't be home that time.
I also have the weekly pill box on my kitchen bench so I remember to take my meds.

I have a large, one-week-four-time-a-day pill box, and I carry a small container with just my lamictal in it in case I'm away from home and it's time for the meds. I always remember my morning and bedtime pills, and I have a noon and 6 PM alarm set on my phone in case I get busy during the day and don't remember to check the time.
