Unhappy elvator/heights and seizures

today I went with a friend to his dr and it was on 4th floor. I havent been on an elvator in i dont know how long. I knew on the elvator I was gonna have an issue when we got to 4th floor i felt horible. I know I had at least one seizure in waiting room while waiting for him to get done cuz of look I got from recptionist as was leaving. Never again on the 4th floor. I feel exhausted and a still feel a little sick.

It might be compounded by medication. I know when I was way overmedicated on Dilantin I felt especially lousy on elevators on escalators. Feel better soon!
