I just moved to Vegas and am looking for an Epileptologist in the area, I was hoping someone here might be able to refer me to someone they have good experience with. I have been off medication for a while, because what I was originally put on only made my seizures worse and I currently do no have health insurance. Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this I am new here. Thanks for any help you may be able to give me. =)

welll, I

would ask Birdbomb for starters, she has a neurologist there that she seems toreally like. Send her a private message, and ask. Other than that, you might try this link:

Hope that helps!

Linda Brown is my current neuro. She listens and seems to be caring but one of my Mods had her when she lived in Maine and didn't much care for her. I went to Morton Hyson for a couple of years but was very dissatisfied. ALL of his patients who I personally knew were also. He basically dispenses meds. If your case is complicated or difficult to deal with he will, get rid of you. He's cold, standoffish and shows very little concern.
Vanessa Godin is an interesting one, went to her after my auto accident for nerve damage.
I had friends who went to Austin Moody and were pleased.
