| I haven't tried Epsom Salts, but I do take magnesium (Epsom salts are basically a form of magnesium), which is good for brain health. But I think Epsom Salts are meant to give you the runs, so proceed with caution... |

read further If you read further in the thread, the suggestion switches away from epsom salts and toward magnesium supplements.

| I tried it....and I don't know that it completely stopped my seizures, but it did make me go bathroom alot. Taking Magnesium supplements does the same thing. In fact, that's what epsom salts are....magnesium. I'd go with the supplements as they are easier to adjust dosage on. And trust me, you'll know if your taking too much.

| Rebecca and I both take magnesium. We also take Epsom salt baths from time to time to eliminate muscle soreness, or to relax after a full day. I do note think I would ever drink E.S., I want the pure form of the mineral to get to the cell quickly. I also know now when I have not been regular in taking the magnesium. My body lets me know.
