I'm a big fan of club soda. I received a Sodastream for Christmas and that's all I drink or water during the day. I never liked sodas. Occasionally, I would drink a coke or pepsi to stay awake but then have found that, no matter what time I drank it, I can't sleep at night. So stopped doing that.
Yes, many people get caught up in the soda grind. It's real easy with all the great advertising we have!
